The Wattsan LC 100 Air Trench Laser Cleaner is a new generation of high-tech equipment for cleaning metal surfaces without damage or heat deformation of the base material. It removes almost all types of contaminants on metal products: rust, paintwork, petroleum products, oxide films, scale after welding, fouling. Pulsed laser cleaning is designed for cleaning large areas. The main task is to remove the layer to be removed without damaging the base. This is especially true when cleaning thin metals, as the machine does not subject the base to heat and as a consequence deformation. During operation, the equipment is on the operator's back. Small size and weight allow fast and convenient movement both during local cleaning of large objects and high-rise works, and outside the production premises. The equipment does not make noise during operation and besides, anyone can cope with its operation. In addition to metal surfaces, it cleans materials with adhesive and galvanic coating. It also cleans plaster and stone products.

Laser source, control system, automatic air cooling are combined in one unit. The weight of the cleaning unit is only 16 kg. Thanks to this it provides mobility and reliable operation even in difficult workshop conditions.

Lightweight and handy welding gun
The weight of the cleaning gun is less than 0.75 kg. The light weight is convenient for long periods of work, even in awkward positions. When cleaning steep structures or working at height for long periods of time, the weight of the scanner is crucial for the operator.

Air-cooling
The pulsed laser cleaning is air-cooled and is therefore smaller and highly mobile. Due to the use of MOPA laser sources with lower power, the laser cleaning does not require water cooling and therefore does not need to be refilled with water and changed regularly.
The scanner is easy to operate and requires little maintenance.
