Wattsan M3 1313 CNC router machine — will reduce retooling time by 4-5 times

The CNC router machine WATTSAN M3 1313 cuts and engraves wood, MDF, chipboard, acrylic, plexiglass, PVC, composite, aluminum. Also, with the help of WATTSAN M3 1313, it is possible to manufacture parts for light industry, for interior and exterior decoration, souvenirs, outdoor advertising, to work with soft metals, stone, to perform woodworking and produce furniture.

The WATTSAN M3 1313 machine has a working field of 1300×1300x300 mm with a lattice table. The portal height of 300 mm makes it possible to increase the processing depth in one pass by 20%. The machine is equipped with a 7.5 kW spindle with an ER-32 collet chuck.

Significantly accelerates the material processing by reducing the retooling time by 4-5 times. The portal side pillars of the M3 series machines have increased rigidity to allow working with heavy loads, and also ensure the absence of vibrations when working at high speeds.

T-slot table

Securely clamps workpieces of any shape and thickness with mechanical clamps — holding material rigidly in place under heavy cutting loads and giving you the flexibility to fixture irregular parts, which is critical for a precise machining result.
Pneumatic automatic tool changer

A 4–8 position magazine changes the tool automatically, without operator involvement — machining speeds up by 4–5 times without any loss of quality.
Leadshine servo motors

Drive gantry movement along the X, Y, and Z axes. They deliver travel speeds up to 25,000 mm/min, high machining accuracy, and minimal vibration even at high speeds.

Fast rammestruktur af Wattsan-maskiner

Under maskindriften overføres trægheden af adelsbevægelsen til rammen, som udsættes for betydelige belastninger. Derfor spiller maskinens materiale og struktur en væsentlig rolle for at sikre maskinen mod deformation og brud.

Alle rammer gennemgår flertrins varmebehandling inden for en dag efterfulgt af fræsning. Ovnglødning garanterer en levetid for rammen på mere end 7 år.
Helsvejset ramme af stålprofil giver det rette niveau af stivhed og vibrationsmodstand. Høj styrke og modstand af rammen sikrer 10 års drift uden forvrængning og deformation.
