Multifunktionel svejsemaskine - 3 i 1: svejsning, rengøring, skæring

Wattsan X 3 i 1 manuelle lasersvejsesystem er udstyret med et universelt laserhoved, der er i stand til at rense, skære og svejse metal. Quality of the welds

To check this, a radiographic test took place. Seams made by the Wattsan machine showed high repeatability without pores and cracks.

Reliability

Equipment was tested for the length of uninterrupted work. Machines are verified to work for 48 hours without stops and malfunctions.

The CNAS gave Wattsan laser welding machines an IV class safety. That means electrical overload protection and a stable temperature and pressure state.

Control Panel

The availability of preset processing modes for various metals and thickness degrees, with the option to save user parameters for demanded tasks, on and off buttons, as well as an emergency stop of the machine, is sure to ease the start of your work.
High speed and performance

Welds parts with a welding gun in one pass 4-5 times faster than traditional welding. Guarantees neat, high-quality welds on all surfaces. Does not heat up or deform the near-weld area.
3 in 1: welding, cleaning, cutting

In addition to welding, the machine performs the two major options in any production:
1. Laser cleaning – when changing the laser gun nozzle, the device turns into a full-fledged laser cleaning of continuous exposure;
2. Laser cutting – when replacing the laser cutting nozzle on the welding gun (standard equipment), and with the appropriate settings, the machine performs the function of metal laser cutting

The mirror system built into the welding gun is essential for creating complex types of welds.
Galvanometer module

The welding gun has a gas and a laser beam control.
Wireless control module

The welding gun has a wireless control module. The module controls machine settings and filler wire feed speed.
QBH connector

The module controls machine settings and filler wire feed speed.
Collimator module

The collimator module is designed to level the laser beam.
Automatic wire feeder

Based on the type of seam, the device features special nozzles as standard. It includes nozzles for working with filler metal wire.
