De Wattsan 1290 PRO CO2 lasersnijder en -graveur combineert industriële precisie met slimme technologie voor foutloos snijden en graveren op een werkgebied van 1200×900 mm.
Uitgerust met het Wattsan SAS veiligheidssysteem, een volledig gesloten portaal en een intelligente touchscreen controller, zorgt de machine voor een veilige, stabiele en intuïtieve bediening.

Stepmotoren met een hoog koppel en terugkoppeling zorgen voor uitzonderlijke bewegingsnauwkeurigheid, terwijl een geïntegreerde koelmachine de optimale temperatuur handhaaft voor consistente prestaties.
De CNC-gestuurde heftafel ondersteunt tot 100 kg, waardoor de laserstraal perfect gefocust blijft, zelfs tijdens zware taken.

Reinforced Enclosed Motion System

All moving parts, including the gantry, are fully enclosed to block dust and ensure vibration-free operation. The robust portal houses the guide rail and bearing inside, with a protective belt for extra security. This design guarantees precise, reliable, and long-lasting performance.
The frame structure

The machine frame is engineered to dampen vibrations—particularly critical during engraving, when the system experiences its highest moment of inertia. Structural stability is key to maintaining accuracy.

Wattsan machines—feature a reinforced frame body with a thickness of 2.9 mm. This increased body thickness significantly reduces vibration, extends the machine’s lifespan, and ensures reliable, trouble-free operation over time.
Built-in chiller

The integrated chiller keeps the machine compact and tidy, reducing cables, noise, and setup hassle. It works in sync with the machine, preventing overheating and operator errors. This ensures stable cutting performance, extends the laser tube’s lifespan, and delivers consistent results in a convenient, professional setup.

It includes Wattsan FOX (fire overwatch expert) that monitors everything in the working area and starts a loud signalization when detecting ignition. The new anodized laser head eliminates the chance of stray laser beams and protects from heat. Also, the lid is made out of tempered glass, and a special sealant is placed between the lid and body. All of that contains fire, smoke, and gases inside the machine. And an indicating lamp on the side will signal you from afar if something is wrong.
Our Enhanced Airflow System shields operators from smoke and laser radiation while boosting airflow, making the exhaust system 1.5× more efficient. The potentiometer with display gives operators precise, real-time power control. Replacing the old analog version, this potentiometer enables power adjustment with an accuracy of 0.001 A. Perfect for delicate engraving or wood ablation, it ensures consistent results and safer, more accurate alignment, protecting lenses while keeping full control over every detail.
Our light indicator makes it easy to monitor every machine at a glance. Operators instantly see finished or paused work, helping minimize idle time and boost productivity across large-scale operations.

The machine is equipped with a large, easy-to-reach emergency stop button, a secure key-operated laser switch, and a bright illuminated control button, providing intuitive operation and enhanced safety during every use.

Easy Servo Motors

In the standard configuration, the machine is equipped with easy servo motors that combine high precision with operational stability. Real-time position feedback ensures positioning accuracy of up to 0.03 mm, eliminating step loss even during high-speed or complex operations.
This technology guarantees smooth motion control, consistent performance under heavy loads, and reliable operation in demanding production environments.
Belt gearbox

The belt gearbox converts speed into force and splits the pitch thereby improving the engraving quality. Another function of the belt gearbox is to reduce the load on the stepper motor.
Unique laser head

The anodized laser head is backfiring protected and allows you to use all types of lenses (short-, medium-, and long-focus). For engraving, an extended nozzle is recommended, while for cutting, a narrowed nozzle is the better choice to increase blowing force.
Central positioning of the stepper motor in the Y axis

On Wattsan machines, the stepper motor is centrally located to ensure an even movement of the gantry along the Y-axis. This positioning and the use of couplings prevents the gantry overbalance.
