Wattsan 1820 Conveyor PRO Dual for maximum output

Its 1800 × 2000 mm conveyor work area features two fully independent gantries operating asynchronously, enabling simultaneous cutting across the entire surface. Controlled by the Trocen TL5269 system, the machine processes leather, faux leather, linen, tweed, wool, silk, chiffon, organza, and other flexible materials with high stability and precision, effectively doubling output.

Both gantries are driven by Lenze servo motors, reaching speeds up to 1200 mm/s with smooth motion and minimal idle time. The rigid dual-gantry structure ensures stable performance even under intensive workloads.

A 150–180 W CDWG laser tube delivers stable power for clean cutting of non-metallic materials. Combined with conveyor feeding and servo-driven mechanics, the system обеспечивает continuous processing with consistent edge quality and repeatable results.

Lightweight Rigid Gantry

A large-format aluminum gantry maintains precise cutting at high speeds, ensuring smooth and stable movement across the entire working area.
CDWG Laser Tube

Fitted with a 150–180 W CDWG laser tube, the machine cuts and engraves non-metallic materials up to 25 mm thick. Working together with the conveyor table and servo-driven system, it processes fabric, leather, faux leather, and other roll materials smoothly and efficiently.
Dual Independent Gantries

Driven by the Trocen TL5269 intelligent control system, two independent gantries work simultaneously in separate zones of the table, significantly reducing overall production time.
Conveyor Table

The conveyor system evenly feeds material across the work area, enabling uninterrupted cutting of fabrics and other roll-based materials.

Stable Laser Power with Flexible CAD Software

Trocen Laser CAD software supports a wide range of file formats and includes plugins for CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator, while the 150–180 W CDWG laser tube provides stable power for clean edges and reliable cutting at high speeds.

A Windows-based motion control software with support for a wide range of file formats, including G-code, AI, SVG, PDF, DXF, PLT, DST, DSB, UD5, BMP, JIF, JPG, PNG, and more. Built-in plugins for CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator are included.
The 150–180 W CDWG tube ensures stable power output for smooth edges and reliable cutting quality even at maximum processing speeds.

Dual Gantries, Independent Operation

Two separate gantries work simultaneously in different areas of the table, increasing productivity and delivering up to twice the output.
Higher Torque, Faster Processing

Multiple servo motor sets provide strong torque for fast acceleration up to 1200 mm/s and controlled deceleration for highly accurate cutting.
