The Wattsan PW hand-held laser cleaning machine is a new generation of high-tech equipment for cleaning metal surfaces without damaging or thermally deforming the base material. Removes almost all types of contaminants on metal products: rust, paintwork, oil products, oxide films, scale after welding, and carbon deposits. Pulsed laser cleaning is designed for cleaning large areas. The main task is to remove the layer to be removed without damaging the base. This is especially true when cleaning thin metals, since the machine does not expose the base to heat and, as a result, deformation. A big plus is the speed at which the positive result is immediately visible. The equipment does not make noise during operation, and besides, everyone will cope with its use. In addition to metal surfaces, it cleans adhesive and galvanized materials, as well as products made of plaster and stone.

    The ability to adjust the beam size and geometry allows you to use laser cleaning for a variety of applications. A small spot helps to increase power concentration and is able to reach hard-to-reach areas, while a wide treatment area (up to 100 by 20mm) significantly increases cleaning speed.   • Two types of handheld module

    Depending on the client's task, the handheld module can be supplied in two versions with a front lens position and with a lower lens position. The setting of the focal length on all laser cleaning machines is done manually, and it is the positioning of the lens that determines which task you will be able to handle more effectively.

  • Non-contact technology

    Laser cleaning applies short powerful pulses to the layer to be cleaned, which vaporise or destroy the foreign material. The surface below the foreign layer is not damaged and is ready for further technological processes, without post-treatment.
