Wattsan PW Pro, a pulse cleaning machine for delicate cleaning: multiple patterns to find the right one for your task

The Wattsan PW Pro hand-held laser cleaning machine is a new generation of high-tech equipment for cleaning metal surfaces without damaging or thermally deforming the base material. Removes almost all types of contaminants on metal products: rust, paintwork, oil products, oxide films, scale after welding, and carbon deposits. Pulsed laser cleaning is designed for cleaning large areas. The main task is to remove the layer to be removed without damaging the base. This is especially true when cleaning thin metals, since the machine does not expose the base to heat and, as a result, deformation. A big plus is the speed at which the positive result is immediately visible. The equipment does not make noise during operation, and besides, everyone will cope with its use. In addition to metal surfaces, it cleans adhesive and galvanized materials, as well as products made of plaster and stone.

JPT laser source
The JPT pulsed cleaning laser source with integrated MOPA technology is more adaptable and has a wider frequency control range compared to continuous cleaning. Meanwhile, the peak laser power is maintained and pulse duration parameters can be adjusted. It is used for more delicate and precise cleaning applications such as mold cleaning.
TEYU water cooling
Rack mount chiller RMFL (TEYU) is built-in, making transportation easy. This also allows for continuous operation because the machine does not need to be turned off for rest.
Easy to use
Training will take a few hours and doesn't need any particular skills. Working with this equipment doesn't require a specific protective gear or a separate space in the manufacturing facility. It simply takes 5 minutes to prepare for the cleaning process!
Light and handy Relfar gun

The cleaning gun weighs 0.9 kg. Its little weight is essential for the operator when cleaning steep buildings or standing at heights for extended periods of time—even in awkward positions.
Control system
The control system allows you to choose from 9 sets of parameters for a specific task. There is also a customization of the gun scan types. For best cleaning, select one of the following patterns: vertical line, horizontal line, oval, square, wavy rectangle, snowflake, filled rectangle, spiral, and filled circle.
