Wattsan 1610 Cam Conveyer laser cutting machine — speed and high volume production
Laser Cutting Machine Wattsan 1610 Cam Conveyer is a professional laser machine for a wide range of tasks. The camera Canon recognizes and scans the contour, and then transfers it to the computer. In a special program for working with cameras, which is supplied with the kit, the operator can make the necessary changes to the drawing and send it for cutting.
1600х1000 mm working area is mainly used for processing roll materials, which is convenient when working with fabrics, films, leather, but the machine is also suitable for working with sheet materials such as wood, plywood, acrylic, plexiglass, etc.
Wattsan machines are designed with Fotek inductive sensors, with a sensing distance of 5 mm, which eliminates any collision of the portal elements with each other.

Contour detection system
When cutting pre-printed products, contour recognition is used to speed up positioning. The camera recognizes the contours of the product, and the machine cuts the material after authorisation by the operator.

Conveyor table
The conveyor table spreads the material evenly over the working area, and then the material is cut. The main task of the conveyor table is to speed up the working process without the machine operator's involvement. Cutting thick materials (wood, plastics, etc.) on a conveyor table is not recommended.

Textile uncoiler
We supply various types of textile uncoilers, depending on the customer's material, with or without mechanical drive, and with different shaft diameters and roll lengths. The textile uncoiler distributes the material on the surface of the worktable without tensioning or deforming it.

Reinforced gantry
The gantry wall thickness is 5 to 7 mm (in the corners). The gantry has a large safety margin for additional equipment with camera, autofocus or 4 laser heads. Thus, a machine with one cutting head has 4 times the safety margin.

1:4 belt gearbox
The belt gearbox converts speed into force and splits the pitch thereby improving the engraving quality. Another function of the belt gearbox is to reduce the load on the stepper motor.

Unique laser head
The anodized laser head is backfiring protected and allows you to use all types of lenses (short-, medium-, and long-focus). For engraving, an extended nozzle is recommended, and for cutting, a narrowed nozzle is the better choice to increase blowing force.

3-phase stepper motor
The smaller discretisation compared to a 2-phase stepper motor provides higher accuracy. The reliability of 3-phase motors ensures years of operation without replacement or repair.
