Brief of Laser Cutting Engraving Machine 130W co2 WATTSAN 1610 ST
Wattsan 1610 ST — a reliable working laser cutting machine
Co2 Laser Cutting Engraving Machine Wattsan 1610 ST works 24/7. The equipment is easy to set up, manage and service. 1600×1000 mm working area with 160 mm working table lowering depth allows processing different materials such as wood, cardboard, acrylic, glass, rubber, etc. The machine has a through table. The design of the equipment allows you to remove the front wall and use it for cutting fabric rolls or sheets of plastic and plywood. The machine will not need to re-cut the workpiece, which will reduce the time and cost of the final product.
The nozzle with a diameter of 6 mm makes the air flow more diffuse, so that it does not nail the products of combustion and cutting to the surface of the material, so that there is no carbon deposits after engraving. This means that you don't need post-processing on Wattsan laser machines.
Wattsan laser machines are thoughtfully designed
-
Frame structure
The main feature and base of Wattsan machines is a frame structure. The frame design ensures vibration-free operation at high speeds during engraving. This makes the machines less likely to require maintenance. Machine frames are continually being improved to increase the rigidity of Wattsan machines.
-
Well-arranged waste collection compartment
All Wattsan machines are equipped with a funnel-shaped container to collect cutting products. The funnel also has the function of reinforcing the machine structure. In addition, the container improves smoke extraction and protects the mechanical parts of the machine from wastes.
-
Reinforced gantry
The gantry wall thickness is 5 to 7 mm (in the corners). The gantry has a large safety margin for additional equipment with camera, autofocus or 4 laser heads. Thus, a machine with one cutting head has 4 times the safety margin.
