WATTSAN CO2 LT laser marker machine is designed for working with leather, fiber, paper, rubber, wood, ceramics, paper, plastic and other materials. It is ideal for applying logos, photos and alphanumeric information. It has a lifting working bench which is necessary for focusing and processing materials with different thicknesses. This laser marker is equipped with a foot pedal for mass production. The machine can also be equipped with a rotating device for working with cylindrical products.

Laser marker is controlled via EzСad system which changes the text in real time during laser treatment. Excel sheets are supported. EzCad intuitive interface allows mastering new equipment in a matter of few hours. Vector and bit map formats of images are supported, for example: BMP, PLT, CDR, DXF, AI, SVG, etc., and the software has a built-in generator for marking and barcoding.

The machine is equipped with a laser tube with a choice of power of 30 or 50 W and a service life of up to 10 000 hours. Although this type of laser is less durable than fiber optic laser, it is much cheaper to replace. Different working areas are used for the convenience of work: 150x150 mm, 200x200 mm, 300x300 mm.

F-Theta lens

The size of the work area changes depending on the size of the installed lens. WATTSAN laser markers are equipped with lenses of two sizes – 85 and 79 mm. If you work in depth on small layouts, it is better to install a lens field diameter, the beam will be thinner and the result will be of higher quality.
Laser tube

You can choose laser tubes with power from 30 to 50 W. They can mark non-metallic materials with high speed and efficiency. With low power, this transmitter is easy to replace and has a record-long service life of 10 000 hours.
2-in-1 laser marker

A rotating device can be installed on the laser marker for working with cylindrical, conical, spherical and other shapes. The device holds even fragile materials securely without damaging them and scratching the surface.
Lifting bench

When working with small products, focus can be adjusted by lifting and lowering the bench. It is most suitable for working with sheet materials for the production of plates, name plates and showpieces. It produces a high-quality detailed image with robust edges.

When using lenses with a working area of 75x75 mm. They have larger efficiency due to the smaller spot size. You get a very thin line, which is necessary when working with materials in depth, and if you need to engrave large-area products, use a lens of 300 * 300 mm.
We use lenses with a universal mounting thread diameter of 85 mm.
For working with uneven surfaces, achieving different shades or engraving in depth, your machine can be equipped with an autofocus system.
Combines the working beam and the red pilot beam, which makes it easier to position the layout.

MOPA laser (M7 series)

Latest technology for high-quality results on a wide range of materials. Maintains peak power at all frequencies. Perfect for detailed markings that require extra precision and even jewellery work. MOPA allows you to have: a high peak value, better control over the frequencies, and control over pulse width. That results in a wider color palette and better quality of marking and engraving.

Budget-friendly technology for basic operations and reliable results. Ideal for precise cutting of tough metals and efficient processing of large material quantities. When it comes to blackening and graying plastic materials, Q-switching is quicker than MOPA, although being less exact. Well-suited for basic tasks like QR and bar-code marking.

Laser markers usually have small working area: from 100*100 to 300*300. You should keep it in mind while choosing the machine.Then you should decide what type of material are you going to work with. For exaple Co2 marker is good for wood, plastic and plexiglass. If you want to mark metal then you should pick fiber laser marker. The choice of emitter depends on the desired result. For example, if you want to do color marking on metal, then IPG or JPT are an excellent choice.
It is a permanent image resistant to mechanical damage, acidic and alkaline media, high and low temperatures.
It depends on your application. The main selection criterion is the emitter power and the lens. For quick deep engraving or working on highly reflective metals, it is better to use emitters with a power of 50W and a lens with a working area of 110x100mm.
