Introducing the redisgn of the Wattsan laser machines

Maximum Safety, Maximum Precision

The CO2 laser system features the advanced Wattsan for instant fire detection, protecting both operators and the workshop. It offers quick alignment, power control via ammeter, and an enclosed motion module to minimize dust. A perforated glass cover ensures visibility and safety, while the ergonomic design and secure mounts reduce transport risks.
Reinforced Enclosed Motion System

All moving parts, including the gantry, are fully enclosed to block dust and ensure vibration-free operation. The robust portal houses the guide rail and bearing inside, with a protective belt for extra security. This design guarantees precise, reliable, and long-lasting performance.
The frame structure

The machine frame is engineered to dampen vibrations—particularly critical during engraving, when the system experiences its highest moment of inertia. Structural stability is key to maintaining accuracy.

Wattsan machines—feature a reinforced frame body with a thickness of 2.9 mm. This increased body thickness significantly reduces vibration, extends the machine’s lifespan, and ensures reliable, trouble-free operation over time.
Trash collection compartment

Protects the mechanism from small particles, as well as giving additional sturdiness for the machine.
2 laser heads

The use of two laser heads operating simultaneously significantly increases the machine’s throughput, making it especially effective for cutting fabrics and creating items such as souvenirs or puzzles. The heads can either split the working area into two independent zones for processing large pieces or function side by side for synchronized tasks. When needed, a single laser head can also be utilized to handle oversized workpieces.

Stay ahead of fire with our Safety Assurance System (SAS). It includes Wattsan FOX (fire overwatch expert) that monitors everything in the working area and starts a loud signalization when detecting ignition. The new anodized laser head eliminates the chance of stray laser beams and protects from heat. Also, the lid is made out of tempered glass, and a special sealant is placed between the lid and body. All of that contains fire, smoke, and gases inside the machine. And an indicating lamp on the side will signal you from afar if something is wrong.
Our Enhanced Airflow System shields operators from smoke and laser radiation while boosting airflow, making the exhaust system 1.5× more efficient. The design keeps harmful emissions inside, maintaining a cleaner, safer workspace. Improved ventilation reduces heat and smoke buildup, ensures consistent conditions, minimizes downtime, and protects both personnel and equipment. This smart design maximizes safety, productivity, and reliability during long production cycles.
The potentiometer with display gives operators precise, real-time power control. Replacing the old analog version, this potentiometer enables power adjustment with an accuracy of 0.001 A. Perfect for delicate engraving or wood ablation, it ensures consistent results and safer, more accurate alignment, protecting lenses while keeping full control over every detail.
Our light indicator makes it easy to monitor every machine at a glance. Operators instantly see finished or paused work, helping minimize idle time and boost productivity across large-scale operations.

3-phase stepper motor

A 3-phase stepper motor is more accurate than a 2-phase stepper motor and has increased reliability and longer service life.
Belt gearbox

The belt gearbox converts speed into force and splits the pitch thereby improving the engraving quality. Another function of the belt gearbox is to reduce the load on the stepper motor.
Unique laser head

The anodized laser head is backfiring protected and allows you to use all types of lenses (short-, medium-, and long-focus). For engraving, an extended nozzle is recommended, while for cutting, a narrowed nozzle is the better choice to increase blowing force.
Central positioning of the stepper motor in the Y axis

On Wattsan machines, the stepper motor is centrally located to ensure an even movement of the gantry along the Y-axis. This positioning and the use of couplings prevents the gantry overbalance.
Enclosed Motion System
