Wattsan 0609 MINI cnc router machine - ease and simplicity of use for your hobby

The WATTSAN 0609 MINI desktop cnc router machine will allow your hobby to reach a new level and turn it into a business. The machine weight is only 175 kg and a small working field with a size of 600×900×100 mm allows you to arrange it in any place convenient for you. It can be used both for own product manufacturing, and in master classes, in coworking and in teaching at schools.

The WATTSAN 0609 MINI machine is equipped with a solid cast-iron frame, which ensures reliability and high processing accuracy. The machine design includes a spindle with a 2.2 kW ER-20 collet chuck, which allows cutting and engraving wood, MDF, chipboard, acrylic, plexiglass, PVC, composite and aluminum. Also, using WATTSAN 0609 MINI, you can perform 3D milling.

MINI series models are equipped with vibration mounts, which gives better vibration damping, and allows you to process products with a maximum working speed of 6000 mm/min. The spindle speed reaches 24000 rpm. This model is characterized by high performance and ease of use.

Annealing of the bed

The solid-cast machine bed provides the required level of rigidity and vibration resistance. For the durability of the machine frame structure we anneal it in a special furnace for stress relief. Furnace tempering guarantees the service life of the frame for more than 10 years.
HIWIN guides

Wattsan machines are equipped with HIWIN guides. They are distinguished by their quality and reliability, unlike analogues. Four closed rows of bearings are 30% superior to similar designs in terms of load capacity and rigidity.
Rack table

The working field of the machine has a special T-slot rack coating. The standard shaped longitudinal grooves of this coating make it possible to fix the material with a mechanical holdback, bolts or clamps.
Two-phase stepper motor

These motors are responsible for the machine movement along the Y, X and Z axes. Such motors usually do not break down and are easily replaced. At the request of the customer, the machine is equipped with a stepper motor, a hybrid stepper motor or a servo motor.

Firm frame structure of Wattsan machines

During the machine operation inertia of gentry motion is transferred to the frame which is subjected to significant loads. Therefore material and structure of the machine play a significant role in securing the machine against deformation and breakage.

All frames undergo multi-stage heat treatment within a day followed by milling. Furnace annealing guarantees a frame service life of more than 7 years.
All-welded frame of steel profile provides the right level of rigidity and vibration resistance. High strength and resistance of the frame ensure 10 years of operation without distortion and deformation.

J'ai quelques questions concernant ce modèle, à savoir:
- Je vois que la table de travail est en aluminium, est-elle renforcée, quelle est la déviation si on applique un effort important au centre de cette dernière? Existe-t-il une table plus rigide?
- Avez-vous une option sur ce modèle pour ajouter un réservoir de collecte de fluide de coupe?
- Quals sont les frais de port vers la Belgique ou les frais de port sont inclus dans le prix?
- je dispose déka du logiciel Mach3.
- Auriez-vous des machines de ce type d'occasion?

1. Le corps est en fonte, mais la table est un profilé en aluminium, donc très résistant. Comme alternative, nous pouvons suggérer une table à vide.
2. Oui, nous avons cette option : système de refroidissement de l'outil avec bain de récupération autour de la table et réservoir avec pompe. Nous suggérons également d'utiliser un système de brouillard d'huile (il n'y a pas besoin de réservoir de récupération), si vous voulez couper des métaux.

4. Cette machine est compatible avec le logiciel Mach3.
5. Non, nous ne vendons que des modèles neufs.

Bonjour, votre machine 0609 mini répond parfaitement a mes critères seulement j'ai petit Soussi c'est que moi j'ai l'habitude de travailler avec Mach3,estceque possible de facturer la machine avec ce type de programme mach3 au lieu de nc studio plus un rotary4axe on option si possible?

Bonjour, En tant que photograveur pour l'imprimerie, je travaille actuellement sur la gravure du magnésium de 7 mm à l'acide. J'ai observé que mes concurrents utilisent des CNC pour graver l'aluminium ou le laiton. Je suis intéressé par des informations sur vos machines, en particulier celles offrant une précision et une vitesse suffisantes, ainsi qu'une qualité suffisante pour graver egalement des fins textes, avec un format de gravure de 60 x 60 cm.
