Frame structure

Laser tube on the gantry

The laser tube is placed on a gantry to reduce the size of the laser spot on the material. When cutting solid sheet material, laser machines with a large working area are used; in order to reduce beam divergence, the laser tube is placed on the gantry.
Two-Phase Stepper Motor

The machine uses a two-phase stepper motor on the X axis, providing a smaller step angle and higher operational stability compared to standard single-phase motors. This increased precision results in smoother motion, improved engraving accuracy, and enhanced long-term reliability. Along the Y axis, two-phase stepper motors also ensure consistent, low-vibration operation, contributing to better overall performance and a service life that exceeds three years.
Inductive sensors

Inductive sensors offer high positioning repeatability. They are less susceptible to dust and dirt than mechanical sensors. The same sensors are used in metal cutting machines and milling machines, which speaks to their reliability.
