Wattsan 1820 Cam Conveyor PRO Dual for fast cutting
Its 1800 × 2000 mm conveyor workspace features two independent gantries working simultaneously, doubling productivity and reducing production time. An industrial CCD camera scans the surface, detects edges, extracts contours, and matches registration marks for precise alignment and accurate cutting across the full area.
Lenze servo motors drive both gantries at speeds up to 1200 mm/s, ensuring smooth motion and minimal idle time. The rigid gantry structure maintains stable positioning and consistent accuracy during continuous operation.
A 150–180 W CDWG laser tube provides stable power for clean cutting of non-metallic materials. Combined with servo motion and camera-based positioning, the system ensures precise contour cutting and repeatable results.
