Wattsan 1820 Cam Conveyor PRO with vision system
Its 1800 × 2000 mm conveyor workspace is equipped with a CCD camera that scans the full surface, detects edges, identifies contours, and aligns cutting paths automatically. This allows accurate processing of leather, artificial leather, linen, tweed, wool, silk, chiffon, organza, and other flexible materials used in large-scale production.
The motion system is powered by Lenze servo drives, reaching speeds up to 1200 mm/s while maintaining stable movement and reducing idle time. A reinforced gantry ensures smooth travel, low vibration, and consistent positioning accuracy during continuous operation.
A 150–180 W CDWG laser tube provides stable power for precise cutting of non-metallic materials. Combined with servo mechanics and camera-based positioning, the system achieves repositioning accuracy below 0.01 mm for reliable contour matching and repeatable quality.
