Wattsan 6090 LT — a reliable working laser cutting machine

CO2 laser cutting machine Wattsan 6090 LT works around the clock for the benefit of its owners, the equipment is easy to set up, operate and maintain.  The working field of 900×600 mm with a depth of lowering of the working table of 160 mm allows you to handle different materials: wood, cardboard, acrylic, glass, rubber, etc. The machine has a through table, which is the opening rear lid of the machine. If you remove it, you can process materials of any length on the machine, such as fabric in rolls or sheets of plastic and plywood. The machine does not need to re-cut the workpiece, which reduces the time and cost of the final product.

A slight overpayment for the hoisting mechanism will allow you to work with large and thick materials, as well as to make orders for products that can be made on a pivot axis. And, as the cherry on the cake - with the lift table it is very convenient to adjust the focus, no need to unscrew, raise and lower the working head every time.

  • Frame structure

    The main feature and base of Wattsan machines is a frame structure. The frame design ensures vibration-free operation at high speeds during engraving. This makes the machines less likely to require maintenance. Machine frames are continually being improved to increase the rigidity of Wattsan machines.

    All Wattsan machines are equipped with a funnel-shaped container to collect cutting products. The funnel also has the function of reinforcing the machine structure. In addition, the container improves smoke extraction and protects the mechanical parts of the machine from wastes.

    The gantry wall thickness is 5 to 7 mm (in the corners). The gantry has a large safety margin for additional equipment with camera, autofocus or 4 laser heads. Thus, a machine with one cutting head has 4 times the safety margin.

    When it comes to Wattsan CO2 machines it all comes down to the specifics of your project: amount and size of the material blanks, work place area and so on. For example, this particular model comes with a lifting table function that allows lowering the working area up, so the rotary device may be installed to diversify your production.
