Brief of CNC Router Machine WATTSAN M3 2030
WATTSAN M3 2030 — CNC engraving and milling machine for large-scale production
WATTSAN M3 2030 is a CNC engraving and milling machine built for production where precision, speed, and work with large-format materials matter most. The 2000×3000×300 mm working area with a vacuum table lets you secure and process large workpieces in a single pass.
The machine cuts and engraves wood, MDF, chipboard, acrylic, plexiglass, PVC, composite, aluminum, soft metals, and stone. It suits furniture production, woodworking, interior and exterior finishing, souvenir manufacturing, outdoor advertising, and light industry parts.
A 300 mm gantry height increases cutting depth per pass by 20%; a 400 mm version is available as an option for thicker materials. The machine is equipped with an ISO30 collet spindle rated at 6 kW.
Reinforced bed and gantry rigidity allows work with large workpieces without losing precision or stability. A 4–12 tool magazine cuts tool-change time by 4–5 times, speeding up the entire machining process.
Wattsan machine beds will provide for 7 years of machine continuous operation
-
Vacuum table
Instantly secures sheet material with strong suction — not only holding it in place but also flattening thin sheet workpieces, which is critical for a precise machining result.
-
Pneumatic automatic tool changer
A 4–12 position magazine changes the tool automatically, without operator involvement — machining speeds up by 4–5 times without any loss of quality.
-
Leadshine servo motors
Drive gantry movement along the X, Y, and Z axes. They deliver travel speeds up to 25,000 mm/min, high machining accuracy, and minimal vibration even at high speeds.
Firm frame structure of Wattsan machines
During the machine operation inertia of gentry motion is transferred to the frame which is subjected to significant loads. Therefore material and structure of the machine play a significant role in securing the machine against deformation and breakage.
-
All frames undergo multi-stage heat treatment within a day followed by milling. Furnace annealing guarantees a frame service life of more than 7 years.
-
All-welded frame of steel profile provides the right level of rigidity and vibration resistance. High strength and resistance of the frame ensure 10 years of operation without distortion and deformation.
