The Wattsan M1 M1 1616 S2 X cnc router machine is distinguished by the presence of 2 working spindles operating in automatic mode. Such a number of working spindles makes it possible to effectively use the machine for the routine production of facades, doors, windows, casing moldings and other carpentry. The working spindles are changed automatically, which greatly lightens the work of the operator.

The 6 kW spindles are equipped with an ER-32 collet chuck. Only one spindle can work at a time.

The WATTSAN M1 1616 S2 X machine has a working field of 1600×1600x300 mm with a lattice table. The portal height of 300 mm makes it possible to increase the processing depth in one pass by 20% compared to the A1 model. And the high strength and stability of the frame provides 10 years of work without distortion and deformation, which significantly minimizes the reject rate and allows you to process heavier workpieces. The processed material is held together by a vacuum table. Pneumatic stops and a vacuum table make the material positioning on the table fast and accurate and facilitate two-sided or rectilinear processing.

2 working spindles

With the M1 1616 S2 X milling machine, you can process materials 2 times faster. The design of the machine allows the spindles to move beyond the desktop, which facilitates the processing of the ends of products. The system makes it possible to use from 1 to 2 spindles at the same time.
Massive machine bed

On the M1 series machine, unlike A1, the bed is reinforced and has a thickness of 10 mm, which gives high strength and stability of the frame structure and provides 10 years of work without distortion and deformation. And the stiffeners increase the stability of the frame and its tensile strength.
Planetary gear

Milling machines of the M series are equipped with Shimpo planetary gearboxes. They are designed to work with high loads, converting the torque from the servo motor and transferring it to the skew gear, which drives the portal movement. It is used in machines for cutting hard wood and soft metals.
HIWIN guides

Wattsan machines are equipped with HIWIN guides and helical racks. They are distinguished by their quality and reliability, unlike analogues. Four closed rows of bearings are 30% superior to similar designs in terms of load capacity and rigidity.

Firm frame structure of Wattsan machines

During the machine operation inertia of gentry motion is transferred to the frame which is subjected to significant loads. Therefore material and structure of the machine play a significant role in securing the machine against deformation and breakage.

All frames undergo multi-stage heat treatment within a day followed by milling. Furnace annealing guarantees a frame service life of more than 7 years.
All-welded frame of steel profile provides the right level of rigidity and vibration resistance. High strength and resistance of the frame ensure 10 years of operation without distortion and deformation.
