Brief of Laser Cutter for Fabric & Leather Wattsan 1820 Conveyor PRO
Wattsan 1820 Conveyor PRO for roll material cutting
With its 1800 × 2000 mm working area and automated conveyor table, the Wattsan 1820 Conveyor PRO ensures accurate and stable processing of leather, synthetic leather, linen, tweed, wool, silk, chiffon, organza, and other flexible materials used in mass production.
Lenze servo drives enable speeds up to 1200 mm/s while maintaining controlled motion and reducing idle time. The lightweight yet rigid aluminum gantry provides smooth travel, low vibration, and consistent cutting precision across the full workspace. A 150–180 W CDWG laser source delivers stable output for cutting and engraving non-metallic materials up to 25 mm thick. Combined with servo-driven motion and conveyor automation, the system ensures repeatable edge quality and efficient continuous processing.
Wattsan laser machinesare thoughtfully designed
-
Lenze Servo Motors
Achieve cutting speeds of up to 1200 mm/s on fabrics and roll materials, maximizing throughput while minimizing downtime — built for nonstop industrial performance.
-
Lightweight Rigid Gantry
The enlarged aluminum gantry is designed to balance strength and low weight, providing smooth motion, reduced vibration, and consistent cutting precision across the entire working area, even under heavy workloads.
-
CDWG Laser Tube
A 150–180 W CDWG laser source ensures consistent power delivery for accurate cutting and engraving of non-metallic materials up to 25 mm thick. Combined with servo-driven motion and a conveyor system, it enables efficient processing of continuous materials with uniform edge quality and minimal heat-affected zones.
-
Trocen Control System
Process control is managed by the Trocen AW7824 unit, which coordinates 4-axis movement with repositioning accuracy below 0.01 mm. This level of precision helps maintain uniform geometry across large production batches, reducing scrap rates and eliminating the need for frequent recalibration or post-processing.
-
Conveyor Table
The integrated conveyor table enables uninterrupted material feeding and evenly distributes fabric across the cutting area, supporting continuous operation without manual repositioning. This configuration is particularly effective for long production cycles and high-volume textile workflows.
Laser Power and Smart Control Software Integration
The 150–180 W CDWG laser tube delivers stable power for clean cutting at high speeds, while Trocen Laser CAD software streamlines workflow with broad file support and built-in compatibility with CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator.
-
The 150–180 W CDWG laser tube provides stable power delivery for clean cutting results and reliable performance even at top processing speeds.
-
For workflow integration, Trocen Laser CAD software, a Windows-based control platform that accepts a number of file formats like G-code, AI, SVG, PDF, DXF, PLT, DST, DSB, UD5, BMP, JPG, and PNG, is used by the machine. Built-in compatibility with CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator simplifies file preparation and reduces setup time.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
First of all you should decide what are you going to use the machine for, what kind of material would it be and it's size (length and thickness). This will help determine the required power of the laser tube as well as the size of the working area. You can also write or call us, we will be happy to help you choose the right machine for your tasks and budget
-
Laser engraving machine is a piece of computer numerical control (CNC) equipment that uses a laser beam to engrave necessary graphic information (image or inscriptions) on various surfaces.
-
Engraving is the effect on the material in depth. Marking on the other hand only changes the color of the material.
-
Using CO2 laser machine you can engrave any type of wood materials: solid wood, plywood, MDF and others.
